Before the piece is varnished, images of your final portrait will be sent to ensure the piece arrives as expected. Gallery pickup is always available. For those pieces that must be shipped, we work with a local service to ensure the piece arrives safely and on time.

APPROval & DELIVERY

Crafting a custom portrait is a meticulous process that requires time and attention to detail. Depending on the complexity, it can take up to 6 months to complete your piece. Rest assured, no shortcuts are taken. Throughout the process, I will provide you with regular updates and share the progress on social media. Your satisfaction and the quality of your investment are my top priority. 

PORTRAIT CREATION

Your input is invaluable during the design phase. Whether it's through choosing the perfect photo to work from, brainstorming your style, or discussing your home's style, I want you involved at every stage. We will work together to ensure we capture your vision perfectly, leaving no room for surprises.

DESIGN

Once we have settled on the details, you have the option to make your payments directly through my website's checkout or to be invoiced. For invoicing, we use Honeybook, a trusted project service. We can split up payments as much as you would like, but it is important to note that full payment is required before I begin working on your portrait.

When you are ready to start, simply contact me and we will dive into planning. This is your chance to ask any question you may have and share your ideas for your piece. I will work closely with you to ensure we are on the same page every step of the way.
