Return & Refund Policy 2022

Thank you for making your purchase with Cora B. Gallery. We are committed to every client being happy with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for customized portraits there is no return policy since these are custom commissioned items fully paid for ahead of time.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with any original tags and labels attached. To start your return, contact orders.corabgallery@gmail.com to schedule and confirm your return on your purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

We accept returns for any unsatisfactory or defective products. To create your return, please contact orders.corabgallery@gmail.com. To return an item you can either schedule a drop off to the studio or ship it to the return address. To ship, place the item securely in its original packaging and send an email with your tracking number so we can ensure it arrives back safely. To coordinate this returns, email orders.corabgallery@gmail.com.

  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if there are no defect or issue with your items.

  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged:

  • any commissioned child portraits or other commissioned artwork

  • any items that have been in use by the shopper for over 30 days

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
