SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 6 P.M. through Monday at 8 A.M. EXCEPT during the holiday season. Thank you for giving us the grace of timing since I am a one person business I have to package, process, and ship all orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. For any order concerns or if you would like to pickup your order as soon as possible please contact orders.corabgallery@gmail.com.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For all web orders we use USPS First Class Mail Shipping with a flat rate of $3.50.

For all full size paintings, we use a local shipper, Baton Rouge Packing and Shipping which uses Fed Ex Priority shipping as its service. For all pieces over 16x16 inches, an additional charge for shipping services will be assessed. These pieces are considered “oversized” and have to be shipped with an extra level of care and tracking. For purchase of these pieces please contact our team directly to organize either a local pickup or a shipping plan.

We do not currently offer overnight shipping services at higher rates. If you need a gift in a shortened time frame, please contact us directly at orders.corabgallery@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate as best as possible.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email immediately after your order is made through CoraBGallery.com. Once the shipping label has been created an email is automatically sent out containing the info of your shipment along with a link to your shipment tracking.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cora B. Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Lost Packages & Damages

At this time, Cora B. Gallery is committed to righting any issues with your order that occur during your shipment. If your order arrives damaged or there are missing items please contact us immediately at orders.corabgallery@gmail.com so we can ship out your replacement.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Please ensure the shipment address you have on your order is valid. Our shipment service will attempt to validate addresses ahead of time to confirm as best as possible that your package will deliver. If we see an invalid address alert, we will contact you to confirm your shipment address. Please note, having to manually validate your shipping address may cause a delay in shipment.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Cora B. Gallery will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
